Sareen Nersis, M.S., BCBA
Sareen Nersis is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who always had a passion of helping individuals in need. Sareen began her career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as a behavior technician in 2012. Enthusiastic to further her ability in helping individuals and families in need, Sareen proceeded to become a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2017 and continued her career in the field of ABA as a Program Supervisor. Throughout her time in the field of ABA Sareen has had the privilege of working with individuals with various diagnoses, functioning levels, and backgrounds. Sareen has also had the opportunity to apply her knowledge of ABA across various settings, including in homes, communities, and schools. A strong desire to provide ethical, high quality and individualized services is what motivated Sareen to embark on the journey of establishing an agency where this is made available to all in need-Nurturing Nests Therapy Center, Inc.

Pierre Diaz, M.Ed., BCBA
Pierre Diaz is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with a passion for the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Pierre began his career in the field of ABA in 2013. Enthusiastic to provide high quality services to families and individuals in need, Pierre advanced to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2016. Pierre has progressed through the roles of a behavioral technician, Program Supervisor and a mentor leading future Behavior Analysts in their development. Pierre’s career of over 8 years in the field of ABA, in addition to his education, has expanded across a variety of different settings such as schools (preschool, elementary and high schools), in-clinic and in-homes. Pierre has dedicated and serviced his clients with the ideology that clients and families deserve and have the right to the most effective treatment possible and believing that it is his responsibility to deliver them of their right.

Lora N. Touloumdjian, Esq.
Employee Relations Manager
Lora N. Touloumdjian joined Nurturing Nests Therapy Center in 2023 as Employee Relations Manager, bringing with her a strong legal background and passion for child and family advocacy. She began her legal career in 2015 after earning her Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School and has practiced family law for over eight years.
During law school, Lora advocated for children with special needs through Whittier’s Special Education Children’s Clinic. Prior to that, she earned her B.A. in International Studies from UC Irvine and studied abroad at Copenhagen Business School. At Nurturing Nests, she now combines her legal expertise with a heart for community care, supporting positive relations between staff, clients, and families.

Today, Jasmin serves as Client Services Administrator, where she blends her clinical background with administrative expertise. She plays a critical role in coordinating programs, ensuring clear communication across teams, and supporting high-quality care delivery. Jasmin is committed to improving client outcomes and cultivating a smooth, supportive experience for families and staff.

Austin Chai has dedicated over 10 years to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), with the past 4 years as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). He began his career as a Behavior Technician, where his passion for supporting students inspired him to deepen his expertise. He earned his M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis and contributed to a research lab focused on supervision and training.
As a BCBA, Austin has developed individualized, evidence-based treatment programs across settings such as schools and homes. His expertise includes conducting behavioral assessments, designing intervention plans, and supervising both behavior technicians and future BCBAs. Austin is passionate about mentoring new professionals and advancing standards of care in the ABA field.
